Four Roses Small Batch Select

A small-batch bourbon from Four Roses, brimming with fruity flavors. Crafted using a blend of six out of the 10 recipes from the distillery and aged for a minimum of six years.

The nose is graced with scents of raspberries, cloves, and nutmeg. On the palate, it offers a medley of ripe apricots, red berries, vanilla, peppery oak, spearmint, and cinnamon, which continues to delight in the finish.

Tasting Notes

• Nose

  Toffee apples, sandalwood, and a touch of tarragon herbiness. Damp oak hides at the back along with more green, leafy herbal rye notes. Toffee and caramel develop, along with Portuguese custard tarts and crème brûlée. Baking spice creeps in around the edges with a touch of clove.

• Palate

  Rich and thickly textured spirit – almost like liquid toffee. Big spice builds, with dark liquorice and treacle toffee at the back. The leafy tarragon is back, with lots of rye spice – savoury notes to balance the sweetness. Digestive biscuits and black bread build along with a touch of mintiness.

• Finish

  Mint choc chips and aniseed balls to start. Toffee builds, followed by darker treacle notes.
