DAMAGED PARCELS
UK If your parcel exhibits evident signs of damage or leakage upon delivery, it should not be accepted. Kindly request the courier to return the goods to Whiskeymarrt.
INTERNATIONAL If your parcel clearly displays signs of damage or leakage upon delivery, please accept the delivery, contact Whiskeymarrt immediately to inform us of the damaged product(s), and retain all goods until instructed by us on their disposal.
DAMAGED GOODS
At Whiskeymarrt, we strive for all our customers to receive their orders in impeccable condition. If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please notify us promptly by reaching out to us. We are committed to resolving any issues with faulty items swiftly, but your timely communication is crucial for us to address the matter effectively.
To ensure secure delivery:
- Decanter stoppers or other small items may be individually packed within your parcel.
- Bottles with wooden presentation boxes may not be packed within the boxes but separately within your consignment.
- Bulky packaging may be sent in separate parcels.
In the highly unlikely event of any damage, please contact Whiskeymarrt, providing as much information as possible. We may also request photographs of the damage, encompassing all packaging, for insurance purposes.
Photographs should detail the damage or faulty items, including a clear picture showing the intact seal on the damaged or broken bottle.
Please retain the product, box, and all packaging until instructed by Whiskeymarrt.
