Hendrick’s Gin

Hendrick’s is a distinctive gin crafted from a selection of eleven premium botanicals. The intriguing infusion of rose and cucumber lends our spirit a uniquely balanced flavor, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and distinctive gin.

The Hendrick’s Rickey is a beloved and easy-to-make cocktail known for its refreshing qualities. However, Ms. Lesley Gracie, the creator of Hendrick’s Gin, enjoys it with club soda, elderflower liqueur, and garnished with three thinly sliced cucumber rounds.

Produced in small batches of just 500 liters at a time, Hendrick’s Gin is meticulously hand-crafted on the Southwest coast of Scotland in the town of Girvan, which is not typically associated with gin production. This limited batch size allows Ms. Lesley Gracie, our Master Distiller and the innovator behind Hendrick’s Gin, greater control over her meticulous craft.

Hendrick’s Gin is made through a delightfully inefficient, yet splendidly unique process. Essentially, we create two gins to make one. One is produced using an old-fashioned pot still, resulting in a rich and intricate spirit. The other is made with a long-necked Carter Head, yielding a delicate and refined spirit. Both stills are infused with an unusual blend of eleven botanicals. These two gins are then combined and enhanced with the refreshing infusion of rose and cucumber.

This unconventional method of gin-making gives Hendrick’s its light and intriguing complexity. The outcome is a remarkably refreshing gin with a delightful floral aroma that elevates any cocktail and every occasion.
