Hendrick’s Neptunia is a unique gin with a limited release, capturing the essence of the sea by infusing it with a delightful blend of coastal botanicals and a smooth, citrusy finish. Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie’s creation mirrors the refreshing power of the mighty waves along the Ayrshire coast, and it pairs exquisitely with tonic and a slice of cucumber or as an ingredient in a Neptunia Fizz cocktail garnished with thinly sliced cucumber rounds.

Handcrafted on the Southwest coast of Scotland in the charmingly un-gin-like town of Girvan, only 500 liters are produced in small batches at a time, allowing Ms. Gracie to exercise precise control over her meticulous craft.

Hendrick’s Gin is produced through a somewhat unconventional yet splendidly inefficient process. Essentially, to create one gin, they make two. One is crafted using an old-fashioned pot still, resulting in a rich and complex spirit, while the other is produced in a long-necked Carter Head still, yielding a delicate and refined spirit. Both stills are infused with an unusual medley of 11 botanicals. The gins from these two stills are then combined and enriched with invigorating infusions of Rose and Cucumber.

This unique approach to gin-making gives Hendrick’s a light, yet intriguing complexity in taste. The outcome is an incredibly refreshing gin with a delightful floral aroma, capable of enhancing any cocktail and elevating any occasion.
